Information used by the service
Storixa processes account details such as your name, email, phone, verification state and sign-in methods. Merchant features also process the business, product, order, customer, message and integration information you provide or authorize a connected service to share.
Why information is processed
Information is used to authenticate accounts, protect sessions, manage stores, fulfill merchant requests, provide connected workflows and support, and understand service reliability and usage. Access to a store or integration depends on the account’s current permissions.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie on the authentication service. The dashboard uses short-lived API credentials in memory. Browser storage may retain preferences such as language and theme. Cloudflare’s human-verification service also processes browser and network information to help prevent abuse.
Providers and integrations
Hosting, database, authentication, delivery and AI providers process information needed for the features they support. When you connect a courier, payment gateway, messaging channel or advertising account, information needed for that workflow is shared with the provider you authorize. Those providers also have their own privacy policies.
Public test mode
When the sign-in screen identifies a public test environment, codes may be shown in the browser and no email or SMS is sent. Use demo contacts and sample data. Do not enter real customer records or payment details into a test workflow.
Retention and your requests
Information is retained according to its purpose, account state, security needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Reporting-history windows on the pricing page do not define retention of financial or security records. Use support in your workspace to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. The scope of an export or deletion, and any records that must be retained, will be addressed with that request.
Your customers and your choices
Merchants remain responsible for the customer information they collect and the permissions needed to use it. Review connected accounts and permissions in the app, disconnect providers you no longer use, and keep sign-in methods secure. Contact Storixa through the app’s Help or support options with privacy questions.
